V spoločných priestoroch si spolubývajúci robia party, vďaka posuvným dverám na pavlač môžu pozvať aj viac ľudí. Celokolejové akcie sa konajú vonku v dvore, kam je prístup aj od cyklotrasy.
Pod ubytovaním študenti nakupujú, študujú v študovni, obedujú v kantýne alebo pestujú zeleninu a bylinky na streche v skleníku.
